As the LACAM Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
Developmental an inspirational vision for the sales operations team aligned with corporate/business unit visions and operates within compliance guidelines.
Lead and develop a high performing team to make things happen across several geographies and with high integrity.
Interact & influence on several teams across the organization to design and deliver several different projects. (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, etc.)
Identify business needs to develop and implement sales force performance KPI’s, incentive schemes, and solutions to increase productivity.
To bring and adopt new technological solutions to improve calculation, reporting and analysis processes to enhance decision making. (Predictive, Descriptive and Prospective Analytics).
To have constant interactions with Global Analytics and Productivity teams in order to share and adopt best practices and standard solutions.
Codevelop the strategy to improve the execution of the most important asset in Lilly which is the sales force.
ACCELERATE & DELIVER:
Design and implement the sales force structures for all the affiliates in LATAM, understanding their specific needs and challenges, always showing integrity and keeping confidentiality.
To lead the Annual planning process across countries in LATAM when referring to sales force structures and sizing.
Holds self and S.Ops team accountable for giving consistent support, visibility and service to the commercial teams regarding incentives, CRM operations, universe alignment, and performance metrics.
Own and manage the Alliances with commercial partners in terms of sales force structures and KPIs.
High problem solving and analytical skills.
Proven leadership skills & sr. manager experience
Vertical and lateral leadership skills. Deliver results through others.
High impact presentation skills for mid and top management.
Fast learner and capable of working under pressure.
