Development and follow-up of an action plan for the introduction of new compounds/indications or diminish barriers/improve performance, in key markets. Maximizes access for our products based on payer (High level) responsibility in targeted accounts by selling the value of our products. Map decision processes and identify key decision-makers for Key therapeutic areas. Manage key message by-products with medical directors, and key stakeholders of the National Health System. Develop relationships with identified stakeholders at national or subnational level. Communicate high-technical/Clinical messages (beyond scope of KAM) to key stakeholders. Coordinate with the TA cross-functional actions involving other enabling functions to generate access Collaborate with the cross functional team is initiatives to shape the environment Monitoring the reimbursement status by product/payer. In collaboration with HEOR, developing the payer value brand propositions to drive reimbursement strategies and lead payer engagement meetings to discuss clinical and economic value propositions of our products Supporting the Strategic Account Management team through developing and executing engagement strategies for our stakeholders.

Requested skills, competencies and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science, Economics, or related field required. with experience in the industry.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Understanding of payer environment in Mexico, including such areas as coverage and reimbursement, pricing and contracting, value drivers, formulary management & advocacy.

  • Experience working with various business partners (Sales, Product Marketing, Medical Marketing, Clinical)

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communications, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Strong network across national health system.

  • Strong oral/written presentation skills (Spanish and English)

  • Experience working with healthcare stakeholders (payers, hospitals), trade associations, professional and medical organizations, and ability to develop mutually beneficial initiatives
