You will be responsible for achieving our sales targets and desired market position.

You will work closely with the cross functional team to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics.

You will also work and communicate with Global and IBU Teams, the different affiliate departments and with key external customers to align the strategic and tactical direction of your brand projects with the overall brand strategy.

Our objective: making sure that patients with migraine and the healthcare professionals who treat them have the best experience with the drug and a positive management of the disease.

Your key responsibilities will be leading a multi-channel strategy, partnering in the development of the customer plan and business plan, and developing and implementing marketing tactics consistent with the overall brand strategy; You will also be responsible for managing expense budgets related to your specific projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

o Bachelor´s degree

o 1+ years of marketing experience as a Brand Manager.

o Understanding and experience of strategic planning (customer insights and patient journey, patient flow, segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, results monitoring).

o Proven cross-functional partnering capabilities, particularly with Sales, Medical and Commercial teams.

o Proven ability in building strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry.

o Business Case and Alternative Access Programs design and development.

o Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

o Proficient computer skills (teams, excel, word and PowerPoint)

Additional Skills/Preferences:

o Experience as a District Sales Manager.

o 1+ Experience as a Sales Rep (desireable).

o Clear understanding of the promotional rules of engagement and how we communicate with our customers in Mexico.

o Experience leading a new or recently launched brand.

o Business acumen skills: Budget management, strategic tradeoffs, development, and monitoring of lead measures.

o Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

o Ability to thrive in a high pressure and ambiguous environment.

o A demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans from vision to implementation with success.
