Meet Your Future Team:

The Analytical Development team is a tight-knit group of energetic, smart, fun, and motivated individuals. We work closely on Prevail’s Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV)-based gene therapy programs to progress our mission of curing disease. • Analyze, document, and report data.

  • Write technical reports and SOPs.

  • Communicate data within the group as well as across functions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or MS with 2+ years of lab experience with molecular biology techniques.

  • Prior experience with AAVs is desired but not necessary.

  • An analytical skill set which may include qPCR/ddPCR, next-generation sequencing, spectrophotometry, gel/capillary electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE/Western blot, or others.

  • Strong understanding of, and preferably experience with, qPCR or ddPCR.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A passion for learning, understanding, and advancing science.

  • Motivation to learn new skills both inside and outside the lab.

  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in viral vector analytical assays design, data interpretation, and statistical analysis is a plus.

  • Previous experience in assay automation using TECAN Fluent and/or epMotion is a plus.
