Lilly Sr. Associate – Supply Chain in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Associate – Supply Chain to coordinate the supply of critical components for development, technology transfer, and manufacturing. Identify and mitigate potential supply issues and lead development projects with suppliers. Lead inventory tracking, production forecast analysis, and shipment organization. Process inventory reports and maintain inventory tracking tools that account for production forecasts, usage, lead-times, and product expiries. Propose solutions to mitigate issues and interruptions to manufacturing. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a directly related field and 3 years of experience with supply chain and logistics. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience creating and communicating inventory reports; 3 years of experience analyzing forecasts and inventory levels to identify potential risks and critical supply levels; 3 years of experience managing investigations regarding component complaints with suppliers and tracking recalls; 3 years of experience evaluating alternative suppliers and managing change control processes; 3 years of experience leading development projects and supply chain cross-functional team discussions; and 3 years of experience monitoring budgets for critical component supply chain. Up to 15% domestic travel required. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI
