Lilly is searching for an experienced bilingual Oncology Partnership Manager to grow its Oncology portfolio through several exciting upcoming launches. This individual possesses strong relationships with key Oncology centres and thought leaders across Canada, and especially in the province of Quebec.
The Partnership Manager is responsible for delivering superior customer experiences by identifying critical needs and delivering solutions at the centre and national level. This includes shaping the environment to support access to, and use of, Lilly Oncology therapies.
As the successful candidate, you hold deep knowledge of the health care system, national and regional cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options. You will identify and develop relationships with customers in targeted centres, such as medical oncologists, pathologists, drug access navigators, nurse educators, and pharmacists. You will interpret data and develop and implement a detailed plan for the prioritized portfolio. You will identify specific challenges and co-create solutions that meet centre and business objectives. You will serve as triage for cross-functional Lilly resources including the LillyPlus™ Patient Support Program (PSP), Medical, Patient Access, and Marketing.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Strategic Account Management
Develop trusting relationships with national and regional thought leaders as well as other key stakeholders and respond to their needs
Gather insights and leverage sales performance, formulary considerations, and competitive intelligence to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities
Develop and deliver solutions (i.e. access, PSP, education, information, referrals, sponsorships) at the centre and national level in partnership with cross-functional team
Shape implementation of policy (protocols, formulary decisions, treatment guidelines, patient pathways, cancer care initiatives)
Travel (up to 30%)
Effectively work with external stakeholders and internal cross functional partners while balancing ethical, compliance, and documentation requirements
Lilly Oncology Portfolio Expertise
Support clinicians and multi-disciplinary team to drive access and appropriate utilization of Lilly Oncology products for patients using the value-based interaction framework
Facilitate appropriate sponsorships and partnerships that improve patient care and access
Establish a positive reputation for Lilly Oncology within key institutions
Providing relevant and timely product information and service
Lead thought leader planning and engagement for commercial initiatives
Digital Customer Experience
Establish and maintain relationships with customers through digital channels
Develop innovative customer engagement solutions in collaboration with cross functional partners
Advocate for the customer experience and seamless integration of digital and face-to-face
Leverage learnings across business units to continuously improve engagement and experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
University degree; advanced science degree is a strong asset
Bilingualism is mandatory
Well established relationships with the key Oncology centers and clinicians nationally and especially in Quebec
Possess in-depth knowledge in Oncology, particularly in the areas of breast, thyroid and lung cancers and precision medicines
Ability to effectively engage thought leaders and other external stakeholders
Proven track record as a high performing customer facing professional in a virtual world
Customer experience mindset
Strong business acumen to identify opportunities through data and insights and plan solutions
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to work in complex and dynamic environment, manage time and competing priorities
