Position Title: Multichannel Engagement Specialist
Location: Israel - Raanana
Reports to: Marketing Capabilities Director Israel
Purpose of the job:
The Multi-channel engagement specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of multichannel strategies across brands and Therapeutic Areas, with a balanced and synergic integration between personal and virtual touchpoints, according to Customer Plan solutions. He/She supports all therapeutic areas or brands as prioritized by Marketing Capabilities Director and Business Unit Directors. He/She participates in the main phases of Customer Planning as well as supports cross-functional Brand Team.
Together with Brand Managers he/she is responsible to design MCE campaigns following Lilly MCE framework and is also responsible for maximizing the re-use of existing materials and localize regional best practice.
MCE manager is also responsible for BMs’ training and documentation of all plans and activities in CET tool.
In-scope virtual channels include: personalized emails (VAE), Mass email, local Brand Landing Pages, web conferences, local webinars, 3rd party website and all other possible Lilly owned or 3rd party digital channels, including SOA activities and contracting. Also included are the different platforms enabled by global and IBU for affiliate’s use: Lilly Play, HCP Direct, Lilly Passport, Journey Builder and others, as they are implemented in the future.
He/She is accountable for developing compliance guidelines on virtual channels in collaboration with E&C and communicational and technical IT guidelines, and to ensure that they are applied.
Local MCE reports with dotted line to Italy HUB MCE Team, for better alignment with Global requirements and capabilities.
Development of multichannel brand campaigns, aligned with Customer plan strategy and with brand objectives.
Maintain balance for F2F vs Virtual, and light virtual touchpoints vs deep TPs.
Identification and prioritization of multi-channel engagement opportunities
Managing financial resources within budget planning, being co-responsible with the team that the budget is followed and of saving costs.
Proposing vendors for multi-channels technologies and content management, vendor selection in collaboration with the Finance department, and vendor management (including contracting, measurement, and scorecards).
Development of monitoring systems (such as scorecards) for constant measurement of MCE campaigns performance.
Proactively driving Legal, Regulatory, Medical reviews for developing and keeping up-to-date affiliate guidelines related to multi-channels activities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines in accordance with Lilly privacy policies
Participation in Brand staff meetings, lunch and learns, training, global MCE meetings and external dedicated congresses.
