Für verschiedene Aussendienstgebiete suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Pharmareferenten (m/w/d) für die Linie Thompson.

Stelleninhalte

• Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen mit Fachärzten/innen in der Diabetologie zwecks Ausbau von Trulicity, Baqsimi und Lyumjev (70%)

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Gebietsaktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien des Geschäftsbereiches Diabetes

• Hauptkoordinator für Fortbildungs-veranstaltungen für den Banting/Best Distrikt mit dem jeweiligen Distriktleitern. Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Veranstaltungs-Standards (Lean Six Sigma) (30%)

• Hauptverantwortlich für den Launch von Connected Care. U.a. Schulung des Praxispersonals auf die Anwendung von digitalen Diabetes Management Lösungen

Anforderungen

• Viel Leidenschaft und Begeisterung die neue Welt der Insulintherapie für Patienten einzuführen

• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, starker interner und externer Netzwerker

• Pioniergeist, hohe Lernagilität und Gestaltungswille

• Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken, (Accountmanagement)

• Hohe technische und digitale Affinität zu Diabetes Management Systemen

• Hohe Belastbarkeit und Stressristenz da grosser Distrikt, Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit inkl. Übernachtung erforderlich

• Freude und Erfahrung im Durchführen von erfolgreichen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, ideal im Bereich Diabetes

• Ausbildung zum/zur Geprüften Pharmareferent:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Umfassende Kenntnisse im Fachgebiet Diabetes. Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Sehr guteKenntnisse von MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) sowie Outlook und Screen to Screen Calls (Teams/Veeva Engage)
