Lilly Sr. Associate, Sales Operation in Remote, South Korea

Regular, Full Time

Main Responsibilities (90%)

Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

Deliver S&T for all stakeholders across the channels being executed.

Support the optimization of stakeholder interaction through VEEVA CRM.

Actively work manage the current Dashboard and CRM system, related internal process.

Support the CRM program management/deployment, provision in tactical deployment.

Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.

Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.

Conduct SIP (Sales Incentive Program) comprehensive tracking and analysis.

Efficiency of resources and support for overall sales operation.

Supporting (10%)

Actively work with the external vendor to sample product order and management monitor as well as outstanding open items.

Key Requirement

Education:

University degree (BA)

Experiences:

Min. 23+ years’ experience and knowledge of sales force effectiveness systems, programs and processes

Pharma industry experience would be preferred

Experience accomplishing results through others and influencing others

Skills/Capabilities:

Strong Knowledge of VEEVA CRM and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage for data analysis

Need to proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate in English

Operational/executional credibility and influence (e.g., ability to appropriately influence regional and country staff on the need for change) and high learning agility.
