This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the job requirements at the time it was prepared.   1. Promote the maintenance of the area’s quality standard, following procedures and using appropriate tools and resources related to daily activities;

  2. Relationship with contracted HCP´s, sending institutional notifications and providing logistic support.

  3. Participate in the localization of Global / IBU materials;

  4. Support in the adjustment of slide deck for promotional and educational activities;

  5. Participate in the organization and facilitation of internal training recycling in accordance with the area’s necessities (sales force, marketing team, regulatory, PRA, MCE) assuring that the content provided is in accordance with the function needs and following stablished training guidelines;

  6. Participate in the organization and facilitation of speaker training, assuring that the content provided is in accordance with the function needs and following established training guidelines;

  7. Support in the management of Sales Force requests to Medical Advisor of the brand;

  8. Participate in the creation of content for the brand;

  9. In case of educational materials submit the content for approval in Veeva Vault;

  10. Answer requests on time with efficacy and quality;

  11. Prepare reports, when necessary;

  12. Contribute to maintenance of Good Practice Documentation in the Medical Affairs area.
