Organization Overview:

MCE specialist will be responsible for scale up on the next generation customer engagement (NGCE) acceleration, supporting marketing and eChannel. Focusing on customer experience to ensure customer comprehension and co-creating engaging and relevant content. Executing integrated campaigns pivoting on channel effectiveness. Utilizing insights based on data to drive continuous improvement

As eAcademy Program Managing, MCE specialist will be responsible for product detailing. This includes managing groups of key clients who are experts in their respective medical fields and serving as their advisor in terms of product-related information and knowledge. MCE specialist co-work with product’s brand manager in their efforts to carry out the company’s goals and strategies and supports the team in meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Integrate and enhance platforms/channels for seamless customer experience and increase reach in deep engagements

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns on SoA and Lilly platforms

  • Improve the quality of integrated campaigns by using analytics to provide the right information at the right time in a way that is easy to understand and reflect on it.

  • Marketing and Sales Department Support

  • Executing marketing and sales strategies and roadmap

  • Recognizing the needs of key clients and addressing them

  • Attending and participating in global meeting, various exhibitions, conferences, and group seminars

  • Participating in trainings and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies

  • Data analysis and eChannel Coordinator (MKT scorecard analysis and CSS data update)

  • eChannel / eAcademy Program Management

  • Developing detailing materials in line with the brand team’s goals and strategies

  • Understanding and presenting clinical data (must be able to provide as much information as necessary and answer product-related questions, instructions on usage, safety data, clinical study data, etc.)

  • Managing program cycles and keeping up with timelines

  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Keeping detailed records of calls and communicating key information to the sales and marketing teams

  • Keeping up-to-date with product updates, clinical studies, and related news

Basic Requirements:

Desired Qualities

  • 2+ years of experiences on digital marketing or brand marketing experience.

  • Ability to operate the digital channels and to drive the execution activities.

  • Using analytics to provide the right information at the right time

  • Strong interest in medical topics

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently


  • A Bachelor’s degree (with scientific background is prefer)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good personal skills at using digital channels.

  • Good personal at analyzing data and producing reports.

  • Native fluent English speaking, reading, and leading discussions skills

  • Strong interest in science and medical information
