Purpose:

负责协助礼来中国产品投诉专员的投诉文件管理、投诉样品管理及案子翻译工作(中翻英)。

Be responsible for supporting Lilly China affiliate RCP (Responsible Complaint Person) to handle complaint documents, sample management and case translation (English to Chinese).

Primary Responsibilities:

协助处理中国区域的产品投诉。

Complaint Process support: assist RCP to handle the activities related with Product Quality Complaints

协助文件管理

Support to Product Quality for records management.

Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

本科及以上学历,医学或药学相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, majored in Medical or Pharmaceutical

能用英语流利听,说和写

Capable of listening, speaking and writing in English in fluency

优秀的沟通(书面及口语)、组织能力、磋商能力及其能有积极主动的思维。Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and negotiation skills, self-motivated and proactive.

每周至少3天上岗,5天上岗为优选。

At least 3 Days a week available, 5 days/week preferred
