Job Title: Analyst-Accounting specialist

Role Summary

The analyst accounting is responsible for leading sponsorship payment review and No-invoice payment process, training, and Q&A, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and securing efficiency, and is reporting into Sr. Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert for end-to-end sponsorship process

  • Ensures sponsorship payment qualify with check points, sponsorship related report update regularly

  • Review and monitor No-invoice trace back status, complete VAT adjustment per month

  • Ensures that sponsorship/No-invoice payment trainings and Q&A are delivered to the organization including refresh training and new process training

  • Supports audits, control reviews and investigations. Enhances local process on the audit findings.

  • Develop and maintains active communication with team group a necessary to effectively perform job responsibilities

  • Look for and champion for continuous improvement opportunities during execution and propose solutions to make things better and better

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • 2-3 years accounting experience in MNC

  • Knowledge and understanding of purchase-to-pay process

  • Advanced analytical skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Experience with EPR systems (SAP)

  • Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication

  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team in fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage complex and multiple tasks

  • Possess good presentation and strong communication skills
