Job Summary

Support the management and finance related process of entire life cycle of company's fixed assets from application to disposal. Participate in internal process and system development to improve efficiency. Oversee reimbursement trends and manage day-to-day work within the management team.

Duties and responsibilities

Fixed Assets and Leasing:

  • Supervise the treatment of fixed assets throughout the life cycle from application to disposal complies with the corporate policies. Create shopping cart for CAPEX and leasing contracts, validate CAPEX supporting documents and process payment timely. Update local practice and policy to comply with Global policy.

  • Tracking fixed asset projects to ensure that schedules are reasonable and related expenses are eligible for capitalization.

  • Provide FA trainings to help user for ECIR application, asset disposal, capex payment, and complete the project capitalization.

  • Lead annually FA inventory and schedule arrangement to meet Global requirement

  • Engage in FA automation development to enhance internal process.

  • Support FA related audit and tax annual filling.

  • Monthly reconcile leasing expense per SOX review request to ensure all leasing expenses and accounts are accurate and in compliance with corporate policies,raise adjustment if required.

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for some projects and other requirements.

Reimbursement:

  • Responsible for management team reimbursement and communication, to deal with special reimbursement matters.

  • Have Concur report access to process or customize reimbursement reports according to local requirements, supervise team internal work KPI and reimbursement trends.

  • Regularly assign system expense reports to team members, arrange and support finance communication.

  • Responsible for the recruitment and training of interns, lead the intern team to ensure reimbursement payment is settled timely and in accordance with company policy. Optimize payment process and improve work efficiency.Regular internal spot check to ensure team work quality and accuracy.

  • Monitor promotion expense on Corp credit card usage and special approval for sale force, work with MOE to improve expense compliance.

Qualification guidelines

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • 2-3 years accounting experience in foreign company, fixed assets experience is preferred.

  • Good understanding of business process with SAP experience.

  • Advanced skills for Microsoft office(Excel,Power Point and Word).

  • Fluent in English (Verbal and writing)

  • Cross functional influence and project management potential

  • Team player,independent and highly self-motivated,result driven and able to work under stress.

  • Faster learner with an eye for details.
