Lilly China is implementing local SOC (Security Operation Center) which is critical to protect Lilly including Lilly customers & employees and to meet China regulation. This SOC is operated 24 x 7, requires an immediate action for urgent incident like cyber attack. Information Security Operation Lead is playing a critical role here who will work with global cyber fusion center, local MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider for SOC) provider and relevant teams to manage cyber information security incidents. This role will manage SOC and MSSP operations including:
•Provide direct and timely communication with MSSP
•Manage the application on-boarding and service enablement
•Coordinate with Lilly IDS (both local and global teams) /AWS China Operations Team to respond to the incidents and work on technical solutions
•Escalate to and collaborate with Lilly Cyber Fusion Center to address the issues
In addition, this role will also have the following responsibilities:
•Understand and implement the new China regulation technical requirements such as PSB filing, MLPS certificate etc.
•Responsible for the implementation and remediation of global information security new requirements for the local applications.
This role requires strong IT technical knowledge especially around information security operations and good English communication skills.
