Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity in Lilly’s Stockholm office to work closely with the Marketing team with the development, approval and implementation of marketing programs. You will enable the marketing team to prioritise, plan, implement and measure/evaluate programs that ultimately should improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

Important part of the Brand Team where strategies and programs are discussed:

 Active participation in Brand Teams

 Assist in and coordinate Head Office managed customer events/meetings

 Support logistics, invitations etc. for meetings

 Assist Brand Managers in PO management and coordinate periodic opex follow up with Hub Finance

Promotional Approval:

 Important part of the pre-Veeva discussions

 Creator and uploader of job bags (incl. references, dissemination form etc.)

 Key part in discussing feedback from reviews/approvals

 Assist and coordinate finalisation of marketing materials

 Responsible for gathering print copy (prior to final form)

 Responsible for communication and logistics to get material to warehouse

 Ensure accurate withdrawal from warehouse and communication to sales force

 Assist Brand Managers in periodic review of promotional material

Other:

 Train employees on Veeva Vault and involved in Hub related Veeva discussions and processes

 Manage printing and warehouse storage of marketing materials

 Assist and coordinate approval of sales initiated meetings under the guidance of the Sales Manager

Other requirements

 Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

 Good capabilities in Windows office package

 Good understanding of pharma code rules

 Good understanding of financial transactions, analysis and appropriate follow-up actions
