Conduct regulatory gap assessment being assigned to and make CAPA for gap closure;

Collect and report data as required by agency for areas of environmental, occupational safety and security;

Oversee daily management of environmental aspects and seek opportunities for continuous improvement, such as waste reduction, water saving, energy conservation etc.;

Oversee the solid waste generation, collection, storage, disposal process;

Oversee WWTP process to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement;

Day-to-day management and execution of environmental controls, such as inspection, periodical monitoring, waste analysis etc.;

Participate in activities as required by ISO 14001 and clean production, such as internal audit, management review, external audit etc.;

Participate in relevant LIFE teams as HSE representative and perform duties as required;

Participate in and support hazard identification and risk assessment, including JSA, LIFE precursor etc.;

Participate in self assessment for responsible aspects;

Be owner of assigned environmental and safety procedures and ensure timely review and update. Drive continuously on procedure versus practice conformance.

Support initiatives as addressed in site safety culture roadmap;

Track CAPA for environmental and occupational safety observations and ensure timely completion;

Tracking of HSE annual plan execution;

BBS database management, including checklist update, add user etc.;

Off-the-job safety including Motor Vehicle/Traffic Safety ;

Coordinate the collection of input to site monthly HSE metrics report;
