Responsibilities:

该岗位作为工厂QA合规专员,需确保公司整个生产过程和产品得到控制并符合所有适用的标准;实施审计过程以确定整个系统符合要求;并要求对审计过程中存在的问题或缺陷进行追踪和提出改进意见。

This role serves as Site QA compliance specialist, need to ensure that products are controlled and will meet, throughout the whole process, all the applicable specifications. Audit the operation to determine that procedures and systems are suitable and action plans required to address observations resulted from audit

  • 确保各部门的操作行为符合政府法规和礼来质量标准的要求

  • To ensure that each department’s operation meets the requirements of local government regulations and Lilly standards.

  • 负责工厂偏差和变更管理

  • To be responsible for Deviation and Change control management

  • 负责苏州工厂生产产品的投诉处理

  • To be responsible for handling of complaints related to products manufactured in Suzhou site

  • 对 CAPA系统进行应用维护和持续改进

  • To be responsible for deployment and maintenance of CAPA system and continuous improvement

  • 对其它部门提供改进建议和服务

  • To provide good services and recommendations to other departments for improvement.

  • 完成主管安排的其他任务Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Basic Requirements:

  • 本科及以上学历,药学,化学或相关学科Bachelor degree or above, majored in pharmaceuticals, chemistry or related sciences

  • 3-5年的生产或QA经验Three to five years of experiences in production or QA

  • 能用英语说,写和读Capable of speaking, writing and read in English in fluency
