Laboratory Sample Management
Responsible for sample receiving room and management room 5S
Responsible for sample receiving, storage and distribution in lab
Responsible for sample tracking and handling
Responsible for releasing Non-electrical COT to related areas.
Responsible for sample management related documentation creation and maintenance
Communicate with Production, Utility, EM, TS/MS and stability coordinator to be familiar with the sample schedule. Provide timely communication to the laboratory management and testing areas
Responsible for other sample management related work and continued improvement
Lab Document Management
As lab document controller, be responsible for printing, numbering, releasing and recovering lab worksheets, forms and related documents
Responsible for lab documents archiving and continued improvement
Laboratory Training Coordinator
Assist each groups’ manager to complete the process of JD and LP initiation, review, approve and archive
Responsible for laboratory people’s LP maintenance and updating
Assist laboratory management to change LP and provide information to GMP training group
Collect laboratory person training records, check and upload to SF system and archive all paper documents
Assist laboratory person to get instructor certification in SF system
Assist laboratory management to create and execute the qualification program and implement in training
Responsible for laboratory related activities and continued improvement
Support laboratory investigation as needed
Support laboratory stability samples management, reference standard management as needed
other tasks related to q uality
