Lilly Sales Manager (NSW North and WA) in Sydney, Australia

Lead, coach & develop the NSW North and Western Australia (WA) sales team in the implementation of Lilly marketing and sales strategies to deliver outstanding customer service to our Healthcare Practitioner customers (HCPs), help them appropriately use our products and ultimately achieve sales and business objectives within specified expense budgets. This is an in field position and requires travel within the assigned region. The current region geography covers NSW ‘North’ and travel to Western Australia however, the exact geography and additional state requirements may be adjusted from time to time, with the main base remaining NSW. The manager will be expected to base in NSW within good access to Sydney metro and surrounding areas and overnight travel as required,

Analyze Prioritize, & Develop Plan: Uses market, customer knowledge and other appropriate information to prioritize business opportunities and create a district business plan.
Implement, Evaluate, & Adjust Plan: Manages the district as a business – implements territory and district strategies, demonstrates excellence through execution, measures results, and makes adjustments as necessary
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualified, Degree level qualification with business or science focus preferred.
