PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
- Responsible for the execution of activities for the recruitment of special population groups (e.g. post-menopausal women, T2DM, psoriasis patients).
CORE JOB TASK
Develop recruitment strategies to recruit specific patient groups in line with LCCP and Lilly priorities and objectives.
Work with Recruitment Team Leader to coordinate publicity blitz and recruitment exercise focusing on special population group.
Initiates recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the pool of special population.
Provide inputs into the development of study-specific patient recruitment plan.
Reach out and work closely with external collaborators to drive patient recruitment initiatives.
Respond to sponsor RFI/RFP on recruitment and enrolment capabilities and strategies for special population groups.
Maintains and provides data on special population recruitment metrics.
Ensures recruitment activities are performed in compliance with ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice), global and local SOPs and guidelines.
Ensures compliance for individual training requirements.
Maintains good interpersonal relationship with colleagues.
Role model in good Customer/Public Relation skills (e.g. good telephone etiquette and telemarketing skills).
Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with external collaborators and clinical trial subjects, respects subject’s rights and privacy and keeps in strictest confidence all privilege information (PI).
Does yearly performance and developmental planning to support corporate priorities and business goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Degree in Health/Science or Nursing.
Preferably 3 years of clinical research experience in recruitment of patients for clinical trials.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Highly flexible, motivated and proactive personality.
Meticulous and systematic.
Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Good team player.
