Lilly Patient Recruitment Manager in Synapse, Singapore

  • Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies to support current and future LCCP study portfolio

  • Identify new opportunities for external collaboration (e.g. healthcare providers, research institutions, media agencies) and lead the implementation of these outreach programs to drive growth of the recruitment database with new sign-ups of healthy volunteers and specific patient population groups so that recruitment of subjects for LCCP studies will not be limited by the availability of subjects in the database.

  • Provide strategic input in response to Sponsor enquiry on recruitment feasibility and capabilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of recruitment plan to ensure on-time and on-target enrolment.


  • Develop strategies to drive the recruitment of healthy volunteers and specific patient population groups to support current and future LCCP study portfolio

  • Identify opportunities for external outreach for the recruitment of volunteers (healthy and patient groups) through collaboration with healthcare providers, research institutions, patient support groups etc.

  • Identify and work with vendors that offer innovative recruitment and advertising campaign solutions (e.g. advertising agencies, media consultants)

  • Develop, plan and execute awareness programs on clinical research to relevant organizations and institutions

  • To lead the development of e-marketing initiatives to enhance volunteer participation in clinical studies

  • Monitor and manage external advertisements and recruitment campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities and challenges for recruiting volunteers. Develop plans to tap into these opportunities and overcome the challenges.

  • Effectively plan for and achieve on-time enrolment through the initiation of recruitment efforts identified in the recruitment strategies.

  • Oversee and mentor the recruitment team in the development and execution of study specific recruitment plans.

  • Collect and analyse data and rework aspects of recruitment strategies and plan; to develop cost-effectiveness metrics for different recruitment strategies.

  • Respond to sponsor RFI/RFP on recruitment and enrolment capabilities and strategies

People Management

  • Supervises, coaches and manages team members to effectively deliver on the recruitment plan and targets.

  • Defines individual and functional group objectives in alignment with LCCP priorities and Lilly objectives.

  • Manages team members’ performance through the performance review process.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment activities are performed in compliance with ICH-GCP, global and local SOPs and guidelines

  • Ensure team members’ diligent compliance with Lilly and LCCP standards and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance to individual and team training requirements.


  • Diploma or Degree in health science, marketing, advertising or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or related role. Experience with digital marketing is desirable


  • Appreciation of the ethics constraints on subject recruitment

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisational and planning skills.

  • Highly flexible, motivated and proactive personality

  • Effective leadership skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

  • Good team player

  • Computer literate.
