Responsibility:
We are looking for a strong sales force professional to provide innovative learning solutions to transform the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales force to enhance the customer experience.
As a Sales Force Effectiveness & Capability Manager, you will describe the tools and processes developed to help sales force assess the current level of sales capabilities, any issues that could be barriers to performance.
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure training of promotion practices, CRM (customer relationship management) and IT tools are well-delivered.
Train Lilly Selling Process to support implementation of customer data management
Gap to close (Value gap/close value gap/set goal)
Help employees identify their development needs
Develop and maintain training resource
Field ride and early evaluation
Sales Force Effectiveness
Identify opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness in front-line execution on an ongoing basis by cooperate with BMs to improve accuracy of forecast metric for promoted products.
Produce local end sales and execution data analysis which provides insight to the business and opportunity for continuous improvement.
Sales Capability Building
- Deliver the sales force capability building agenda in Taiwan with judicious allocation of time.
In-house Training Programs
Develop and enhance sales representatives and sales leaders’ training curriculums
Customize and translate training materials
Work with brand teams to conduct product detail workshops
Learning & Development Projects
Conduct and deliver leadership training programs in different levels
Take care TMDP/Talented employees’ L&D issues
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in science or business related major
Above intermediate proficiency in English
Additional Skills/Preferences
With demonstrative track records in effective territory management
Effective presentation and facilitation capabilities
Good communication with strong peer to peer leadership
Strategic and general business sense
Strong program organization skill and punctually result follow-up
