Brand Manager – Diabetes

We’re looking for you to nail:
Brand Strategy Development
Understand, anticipate, and adapt to changing market dynamics and their impact on brand during launch preparation
Support Customer Plan Development
Actively lead or participate in project groups for tactic/channel planning and execution
Support for Field-Based Personnel
Develop strong partnerships and engagement with sales representatives
Maintain relevance by going on field rides to understand sales professional and HCP experience
Attend sales meetings to provide direction as necessary.
Thought Leader Development
Assist in overseeing Thought Leader strategy
Develop strong business relationships with thought leaders and key accounts
Marketing and Medical Interactions
Understand and lead appropriate Marketing and Medical interactions
Understand and drive the clinical development strategy for the brand
Translate complex medical information into actionable marketing strategies and tactics
Brand Operations Management and Oversight
Foster positive relationships between the brand team, cross functional teams and the associated sales forces
Ensure that brand team activities meet timelines for execution as laid out in project- and operational plans
You’ll come to us with:
A few years’ experience in Marketing from a Pharma/Devices company
Experience in Diabetes as a therapeutic area is preferable
Launch experience is a plus
Strong project management skills
Strong team player
Self- motivated and able to prioritise
Ability to energise and motivate others
Analytical skills; analysing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances.
Ability to travel 10% of the time
