Responsibilities:

We are looking for an engaged people manager to lead, collaborate and pursue the best customer and patient experiences with Lilly Taiwan together.

As a Medical Operation Manager, you will take the leadership of Lilly’s patient support program (PSP) and oversee Name Patient Use (NPU) program, medical affair project, medical information service, record management and other potential conductions.

Responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to:

Lead and coordinate Patient Support Program (PSP);

  • Understand global PSP and lead and coordinate the local to roll out and practice.

  • To be local PSP coordinator and medical governance consultant

  • Works with cross-functional stakeholder to consolidate the program design, long term budget plan, external party selection and contract within governance requirement.

  • Manage the third party for patient support program including vendor monitoring and review, providing training and onsite quality check to vendor if necessary.

  • To initiate the PSP related meetings and events like PSP initiation meeting, PSP periodic review meeting and so on.

Oversee Name Patient Use (NPU) Program which covers;

  • Provide requested documents to HCP who help on hospital IRB/TFDA approval process

  • Responsible for required logistic arrangement and documentary like shipment, and system, record maintenance with global medical team.

  • Provide medical information and instructions to hospital pharmacist to ensure the standard procedure is followed during shipping and delivery.

  • Inventory management including TFDA approved quantity, drug shipped quantity

  • Follow up patient status with physician on quarterly basis, support resupply application and ad-hoc support upon request.

Manage Medical Information service to make sure;

  • Professional medical information to external and internal customers in a responsible, consistent and timely manner.

  • Manage the operation of Call center and the agents.

Support medical affair project:

  • Coordinate and stewardship for medical affairs activities and situational ad-hoc assignment.

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Preferably degree in Pharmaceutical science, nursing, or other related life sciences

  • Experience in managing patient support program or medical governance is a plus

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill is must

  • Strong motivation to learn and develop.

  • Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Cognitive abilities including verbal reasoning attention to details, critical thinking, analytical ability.

  • Strong learning agility and interpersonal skill to communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties

  • Customer service oriented context

  • As an independent contributor the same time a team player and leader.
