Lilly Trial Capabilities Consultant in Taiwan

Responsibilities:

The Trial Capabilities Consultant provides clinical trial capabilities in support of clinical development in Taiwan and Asia-Pacific region. The consultant is accountable for building capabilities in the function through the development and improvement of processes, tools and training to support investigator site activation, ongoing activities during site maintenance and close-out. The Consultant is responsible for leading the development of the study submission strategy and the coordination of study activities by liaising with Lilly global teams and business support functions.

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Leads a team in managing Trial Capabilities business operations

  • provides technical support and consultation in resolving any barriers to clinical trial application approval

  • leads and coordinates centralisation activities related to clinical trial budget, contracts and payment in Asia Pacific region.

  • ensures inspection readiness by following Good Clinical Practice; any local/regional requirements and Lilly operating procedures and through a complete, accurate and readily available Trial Master File.

Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a scientific or health related field

  • At least six (6) years clinical trial experience or relevant experience preferred

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and the importance of efficient site initiation

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others

  • Applied knowledge of project management processes and skills

  • Experience in compliance-driven environment

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Language Capabilities – English (read, write, conversation) and local language, as applicable
