<職務内容> HO/HTA/RWE Senior Research Scientist’s role is to provide scientific expertise and effective project oversight to ensure the success of the health outcomes (HO) research that are valued by payers and providers. Projects may span the entire lifecycle of development and commercialization. The Scientist develops HO research strategies to support Pricing, Reimbursement and Access activities for Lilly products. Working with GPORWE and local functions, the Scientist is responsible for the conduct, quality, and integrity of HO studies and scientific disclosures and applies necessary knowledge, understanding, and evaluation of clinical, economic, and/or patient reported outcomes methodologies.

<必須要件>Requirements

•An advanced degree (Ph.D, Master’s degree etc) in relevant sciences•10 years in Pharma industry and research and business application with RWE for 5 years•Involvement in industrial activities to RWE leverage in drug development and post-launch evidence creation•Communication and interpersonal skill, the ability to influence individuals. •Strong English skill, Proj. Mgnt skill, leadership skill•Knowledge and experience of health care systems•Advanced technical and analytic capabilities in the areas of economic modeling, economic evaluation, cost-effectiveness evaluation, burden of disease, epidemiology, statistics, health care policy and application to business etc. •Influence to the industry and on global level•Strong leadership with business acumen and ability to sense the dynamics of industry•Lead Innovation and develop others <処遇>

【賞与】年一回 個人業績結果及び会社業績結果に基づく業績変動賞与を翌年3月に支給する。

【勤務時間】8:45~17:30

【時間外手当】 支給なし

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時内で勤務。(ただし、一斉休憩を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)一斉休憩:12時~13時

【在宅勤務制度】有   【受動喫煙対策】あり 就業場所 全面禁煙

【休日休暇】完全週休2日制(土・日曜日)、祝日、クリスマス、年末年始・夏期

*年間休日125日、年次有給休暇、慶弔等

【継続雇用制度】:有(65歳まで)
