Lilly Brand- and CSO Project Manager in Warsawa, Poland

Eli Lilly Poland will move ahead with a Business Development arrangement that will allow us to launch a preventive migraine treatment into the Polish market. The essence of this Business Development agreement is that an external party would carry the sales force promotion in form of a Contracted Sales Force (CSO), while Eli Lilly Poland will keep the strategic responsibility for the product, hence, carrying out the marketing, medical, regulatory and distributional aspects of this launch. For this purpose, we are looking for a Brand- and CSO Project Manager that would conduct launch preparation and readiness towards the assumed launch date in 2021 and establish the core promotional solutions for a successful launch in alignment with our global strategy for this product. This work will be done in close cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Customer Operations, Supply and Finance functions. In addition, this function would work intensively with the external CSO partner and our Business Development function to assure that the external partner is contracted and trained in time.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Marketing and/or Sales experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience in working with vendors and in contracting

  • Experience in working x-functionally

  • English language skills

Additionally, preferred:

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  • Understanding of and experience in brand development

  • Proven ability to develop innovative customer solutions

  • Clear understanding of the promotional rules of engagement and how we communicate with our customers

  • Ability to shape a winning x-functional team

  • Knowledge of diabetes and/or migraine market and customer/patient needs
