Purpose of the job:
The Associate Director Ethics and Compliance Alps (Austria and Switzerland) is an integral member of the Austria-Switzerland-Germany (ASG) Hub Ethics and Compliance team. You will lead and drive the Ethics and Compliance programs in Austria and Switzerland and will be a key member of the Austrian and Swiss lead teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the local Ethics and Compliance Program in Austria and Switzerland (Alps)
Champion a culture of integrity within the Austrian and Swiss Lead Teams and among all employees
Enable business partners to take decisions with high integrity by providing sustainable training and advice on running business with integrity
Lead the implementation of Global Ethics and Compliance Programs and governance in Alps
Develop positive, trustful and successful relationships with business partners fostering a speak-up culture and learning mindset
Assess, monitor and evaluate risk areas as well as support business partners in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive activities
Collaborate with ASG E&C colleagues and business partners on the localization of E&C procedures and lead the implementation and communication of procedures in Alps
Participate in local industry ethics associations.
Your Profile:
Bachelor/master’s degree or Ph.D.
Several years of deep professional experience in E&C areas
Knowledgeable of Swiss and Austrian healthcare regulation rules and able to provide guidance on external procedures
Strong ethical compass and integrity comprehension
Openness, high learning agility and fast adaptability
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Strong capability in conflict and change management
Strong business-orientation and excels in cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable with ambiguity
Strong analytical and organizational skills
At ease in facilitation, communication and teamwork
Proven successful project management skills
Strong ability to innovate and develop analytical tools to objectivize risks
Language skills: fluent English and German; fluent French desirable (not mandatory)

- Austria – Vienna or Switzerland – Geneva.
